The Fear Game

Belonging has its privileges, so it’s no surprise to find several of your film-buff friends, members of the “Horror Film” club, in the exclusive VIP lounge of the Cine Lido, the antechamber to the avant-premiere of the latest film saga about to have its world premiere. Between one drink and the next, everything goes hazy, everything blurs, and almost without comprehension or reaction, you and your friends are drugged, kidnapped, hooded and locked in the filthy bathroom of an abandoned State Railway Works factory. With no sense of how much time has passed, everyone wakes with a bag over their head and, when it’s removed, they discover they are trapped among macabre traps with bloody challenges to overcome. After looking each other in the eyes, you realize the fiction has become reality and that someone now wants to play with you. Suddenly a red-lit clock starts an implacable countdown, almost at the same moment a menacing voice emerges from a foul-smelling monitor, announcing that the game has begun…
