In 1314, the last Grand Master Molay was arrested as a relapsed heretic and was burned alongside Godofredo de Charnay in front of the gates of Notre Dame on the Île. That was the beginning of the Templars’ exile; many escaped to new destinations carrying precious Templar relics. And many others moved in the shadows, recruiting new brothers. Thus, in 1524 the brotherhood recruited Salai, one of Leonardo da Vinci’s apprentices. To the rest of the world he died of a gunshot in Milan at the hands of the French during the siege of that city. But the truth is that Salai became a Librarian Brother, tasked with analyzing and cataloging the relics scattered across the New World. Among those relics is believed to be the source of eternal life, the Holy Grail… The outcome of the latest investigation led the Treasure Hunters to a cave in Argentine Patagonia.
